I have paid Rs 1500 as monthly instalment for holiday plan offered by Citrus Check inns for a period of 6 years starting from 2012 to 2018, amounting total of Rs. 1, 08, 000, the paid amount. The maturity date is 22/02/2018, I have not received any benefits or refund till date. Inspire of several complaints and enquiry about the refund, the status is still pending.

My certificate no. JFM[protected], plan holder name- Y. Ranjan Hegde, the agent name Mr. Anuth Kumar Shetty.

Please look into this and do the needful to refund me at the earliest the total money paid.

I'm Sahil Jain son of Anita Jain, My mom has invested Rs1000 p/m for 3years in 11/05/2013 in your Co. Since last 5years Can't get any returns against it, or any refund our money which my mom has invested.

I'm Requesting you to please reply us & resolve my problem As soon as possible.

As you know covid 19 pandemic is there & we are in need of money so please resolve our problem.

I was investing in their plan called jewel plan at the time maturity I came to know that they are saying their are ready to pay money to public but their property and account were sealed by SEBI. I'm very much depressed with this.
