I have paid Rs 1500 as monthly instalment for holiday plan offered by Citrus Check inns for a period of 6 years starting from 2012 to 2018, amounting total of Rs. 1, 08, 000, the paid amount. The maturity date is 22/02/2018, I have not received any benefits or refund till date. Inspire of several complaints and enquiry about the refund, the status is still pending.

My certificate no. JFM[protected], plan holder name- Y. Ranjan Hegde, the agent name Mr. Anuth Kumar Shetty.

Please look into this and do the needful to refund me at the earliest the total money paid.

    I have paid 1000/pm for three year . And scheme was pay 3 year & maturity amount will get after 5 year. But till I have not received amount. Kindly request please process the refund procedure as soon as possible. So that I will get refund soon.

      I'm Sahil Jain son of Anita Jain, My mom has invested Rs1000 p/m for 3years in 11/05/2013 in your Co. Since last 5years Can't get any returns against it, or any refund our money which my mom has invested.

      I'm Requesting you to please reply us & resolve my problem As soon as possible.

      As you know covid 19 pandemic is there & we are in need of money so please resolve our problem.

      I have submitted all the documents & blank cheque to the office on 20/06/2016 at borivali branch.

            I was investing in their plan called jewel plan at the time maturity I came to know that they are saying their are ready to pay money to public but their property and account were sealed by SEBI. I'm very much depressed with this.
            Please help so that I can get my maturity amount.

                  I have invested Rs 50, 000/- in 2012 to be matured as one lakh in 2017 through Thomas Dsouza of Wadala office and agents Aljeera and Hilda Fernandes of Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai 400093.
