I have made the payment of 18500 INR last evening (10 Jan 2022) at 06:48 pm.
I have been promised the different offer than what is mentioned in the agreement. Terms like amc, save, advance, gift are misguided. No information of any of the hidden charges are discussed. These charges are mentioned in the agreement but in the discussion they projected all the services as free.

Like the others mentioned they came to me for signing the documents on my dining table during our dinner only. And not gave us any chance to read the agreement. They simply said that all the things promised are there in the agreement. But it was a totally different agreement than what it was discussed mutually.

I request to please cancel my membership and refund the complete amount.

The agreement is a void agreement that cannot be enforced as it is a one-sided agreement that doesn't give me any right to cancel. The impugned contract is the one sided standard form of contract (where parties are not equal in bargaining power)

I do not want to defame any company just want my hard earned money back.

FCC team, please help me with this please refund my amount back.

I was invited to the Future Choice Club new promotional scheme for 4 nights and 3 days vacation.
They lured me in their 5 year travel scheme
and started showing me all the 4 star and 5 star properties at the price of 2 star prices.

I swiped my card for half the amount i.r 50k and became prey of their fraudulent scheme.
Please help me get refund of my hard earned money asap

We had taken franchise of this company with a buy back arrangement and promise of bank guarantee against return.
Registration amount rs 1 lakh and franchise fees rs 10 lakhs (Non refundable)

Everything was going well (We did not get to know their malafide intention initially), their team visited, all drawings, layout etc were given.

Now after 2 years when all the plant & machinery installed and full payment made to them, they stopped responding and did not release the purchase order and the bank guarantee as agreed in the franchise agreement.

When we started asking for orders, they started asking for more money on account of soda plant. Now we understood the fraudalent intention and all the team changed in between.

Beware of this company. They are totally cheaters.

I have deposited 1lac as token amount for distribution on 19/03/2018, for patna, bihar. But due to some personal issues, within 10 days i have asked for refund. Did several email and phone calls to their customers cell but no response at all has been taken. I have even offered them to provide me products worth my token amount via email but till date no response has been taken.

I am raising this complaint regarding the refund of my money for[protected]+7500) This is been pending from July 2018 Digital india deal is a fraud company looting middle-class people in the name of modiji. Such a shame on these people.

I have been calling and e-mailing them regarding the refund and noone has even got back regarding the status.

Digital india deal called up in november saying i had won a dell laptop through a lucky draw and need to order something worth 599 through the website to claim the prize. I did order through the website to claim for the prize. The sales i would just need to pay the gst which is 6500 to claim the prize and prize would reach immediately. I paid 6500 through just dial. I didn't receive the prize and later when called up to inquire, they said i need to pay again an amount of 12k as courier charges, 12K also paid but as on date my be not received any laptop. which i refused and since then informed to refund the all amount . I have called several times and they say will send a different product worth . I told i don't want any product, but sned me some gifts (those cost only 5000) just my money back. Since then i haven't got any call as per the e-mail confirmation they sent. I request your help here for the refund of my money as even 1 rupee is valuable for me as these are hard earned money for self and family.

Sewage water is flowing in street of. Jeevan vihar colony. Gali no -2, dewru road. Sonipat -131001 from 3 months in regular interval that is creating problem to school children and daily workers because it is main street that connect two roads and handles a lot of traffic.
