Holder - Jagruti khatadia and Harsha Mehta. Have invested till 2015 there’s no returns of the principal or the interest amount. What is the status ? And till when are we supposed to receive the amount invested

        I have invested 1.8 lakhs from my monthly savings from my salary since 2013,
        Paying taxes levied also for the same but still my money which is liable for my marriage expenses required this money for my mother surgery. If the royal citrus pay me at right time i can use it making a good sense of investment.

        I m not getting a good response from the citrus check inns. They never given a after sales service neither they pickup phone call. Is government liable to solve this problem if the scheme is been made on bases of aadhar card / pan card. Please acknowledge this and help me to guide in this respect.

          I himmatlal nathulal shah had invested rs.50100/- on 01.03.2014 citrus check inns ltd holiday entitlement. My plan name is crown combo. Plan perod 6 years. My registration number is 3591323. Certificate number is cnc[protected]. The certificate lot no t10156/24 branch pune. I was told that i will get around rs.125000/- once i invest now as 6 years have elapsed i should get my money back. I was shocked. Now the agent through whom i had purchsed this certificate is not answering my call even the company contact numbers are also not working. Please look into the matter i am already 80 years old and suffering from heart decease hence i should get my promised amount.

            Company ne paise wapas dene ka wada kiya hain. Lekin abhi mere pitaji bahut tention mein rehte hain. Paise milne chahiye.. Abhi unki ekahi asha hain ke mere kashat me paise mujhe mil jale... Jo mere sari umrebhar ki kamai hai... Supreme court ka faisal kab aayega.

              I have invested around 2 lacs 8 thousands money in rd and fd scheme in citrus check inns (Twinkle group of company) and as per five years of company investment scheme i supposed to get 3 lacs eighty six thousand. But i have not received my money back. I have tried to call company office but no one is replying, i had gone to there office laos at wadala there aslo company people are not giving any proper reply, i have already submitted my claim form with original certificates and balnk cheque to company after maturirty date of my investment plan, at that time clerk told us that you will get refund after few days but till date i have not received any fund, now i heard that the matter is with court. Can i get update when can i received my fund?

                I have invested some amount with citrus check inns ltd for four years and there was lock in period for 2 years. The maturity amount was due in april 2018. Its more that 2 years now, i am still awaiting my money. When will i get my money back. It’s our hard earned money. We invest our money with hope of receiving it back. Every time middle class people like us suffer due to this kind of problem.

                  I had invested 50, 000/- in 2012 for five years, due date was in 2017 but they had put as 2018. Now two years over, no refund yet. I have written complaint to them, sebi and cm.
                  Want their reply. Then file the case through advocate. Without filing the case, your money will not come. So all must file the case. Many guys have fallen prey to this scheme and now they are repenting. We never knew that this is going to happen. So you must take action

                    I had invested rs 50 k in 2012 and due in 2017. Now one year already over. No news of refund. Whom to contact now.
                    I want to write complaint to them and file fir with police and then file the case through advocate. I am in urgent need of the money but i citrus check inns ltd office is not working now. I request the concerned authorities like sebi to take action against the culprits and refund our money immediately.

                    We also raise the issue with the authorities how to get our money refunded. It is two years since due date in july. Sebi must help us to get our money back.

                      Hi team. My family member had invested amount in citrus holiday investment plan for a period of 6 years. Now that the company has shut down there is no information who is responsible for returning the amount. We are in contact with the agent who provided the policy, but she keeps saying its pending with the court. Kindly help with this matter and please provide information who can be contacted regarding this issue.

                        Please do help,, how can i get the refund. This is very sad a house cleaner has invested in your company with many financial issues and now no way to get money back.

                              This is in regard to the holiday investment plan that was falsely sold to us through our bank official. I have put money in the name Ranajan Kotale & Shilps Kotale with registeration number- 1370336. My daughter and i survive on my income of 6000 per month only out of which they made us pay 1500 per month in this scheme in both our names. we really need this money. Pls help us.

                                I had invested rs.50, 000/- in 2012 and was told that i will be getting one lakh in 2018. But till now i have not got my matured amount of one which is one year lapse. I want to complain regarding this cheating case of not redemption of my investment. Our hard earned money was given from the fixed deposit. They were after us till we paid. After paying the money we are after them to get that money back. What a mad game? In bank or in post i would have got that money long back. So cheats and culprits are living in our society and try to bluf[censored]s??? Too much corruption??? How to stop them? Can sebi guide all investments? No more such investments without sebi stamp must. Why we should spoil our sleep and energy for our own money and # enjoy with profits and swim in the swimming pool with cold beer??? We are scratching our heads with hot tea???
