Myself, mrs. Rajashree pradeep gadgil, age 64, resident of pune, would like to complain against, royal twinkle star club ltd and citrus chek inns ltd of mr omprakash basantlal goenka, chairman and managing director with other 3 directors, who had accepted deposits from public, as a holiday entitlement plans/future holiday plans, through a network marketing system, for varied deposit schemes, from 3 years period to 9 years maturity period plans. Myself mrs rajashree pradeep gadgil and my husband mr pradeep gadgil have downline marketing team is of 350 business associates with 600 and plus members and my upwards marketing team is of 24 chief marketing advisors (Senior leaders) with name adarsh unit, i started my business activity in 2009 and so far mobilised holiday plan deposits, through my team, is above rs.5.50 cr. From april 2015, companies financial position was shattered and matured plan deposits were not paid back. We used to get verbal and written committments from mr. Goenka o. B. For paying back our hard earned monies. But nothing has been done for the past 2.5 years.

Updated by Pradeep Gadgil We have completed all requisite formalities, as specified by NCLT representative, Mr.Jain, to submit, original certificates of holiday plans, for redemption, in Citrus Chek Inns Ltd, offices at Ghatkopar, Vadala 7 other convenient branch offices, in between period, from 01.08.2017 to 25.09.2017.
But so far we have not heard any further developments from concern designated authorities.
Me and my team members, are vary much worried, regarding fate of deposit amounts worth over Rs.5.50 Cr.
Scheme in the year of 14/02/2013& maturity was 2017, but my agent told us
