I Have registered in check inn ltd in 2013 and I have submitted the installment till 2015 after that company has been shifted to mumbai and and business associate of the company has no respond for refund the deposit amount i.e 4000 per month which was deposited by Mr. Virpal, Mr. Satyaprakasgh, Mr. Sumit

    Fraud people not refunding our maturity money

    My parents had invested in the holiday plans of citrus check inns for 3 years and 6 years respectively. They had invested in 2014, till date we have not received any maturity amount not even a single penny.

          All Original Certificates have been submitted at Ghatkopar Office of Citrus SEBI have sold proprieties but the amount is with SEBI where should we inquire about the amount refund

                Refund the money I paid as Installments under an Entitlement Certificate

                I am a holder of the Holiday Entitlement Certificate issued by Citrus Check Inns since February 2015. I would like to ask for a refund of all the money I have paid as instalments under this scheme since I have not received any of the services I was entitled to. I have also come across the information recently that the company has gone under liquidation and it's assets are being auctioned under the directions of SEBI and around 1297 crores...

                      My brother and i invested 1 lakh each in Citrus check Inns. It was for a period of 6years with almost double the amount to be received on maturity. It's been more than 10 years and we have not received anything back. I have been checking with my agent but he has no answer. We want our hard earned money back. It is really annoying when you have no answers coming as to where your money is and when we will get it back. Need a reply and our money asap.
