            Refund status of my money

            I had taken holiday plans from Royal twinkle and Citrus Check inns.However it has been so many years after maturity the money is still not received by me.I want to know when will I get my money back.

            I have been checking in the news that their properties are auctioned and all by we are not receiving money....

            The company Citrus Check Inns owners are frauds and have defaulted and have not returned the investments to the investors as promised. Now their properties are seized and being auctioned to recover the monies and to pay the investors but its more than 5 years we still are waiting for the money to be paid to us the investors. There is no clarity from the court to the lay investors on the status. Most of the investors have died waiting for their dues. Need to know when we can get back our dues and if we will get the full invested amount with interest due to us.

                              I was paying ₹ 1000 per month and I started this plan in the month of June, 2014.
                              I paid for more than 2 years and have no information as to when my money will be refunded.
