    JNM[protected] paid by ECS UCO BANK BORIVALI EAST BRANCH for 48 months total amount in Rs.48000/--(year[protected]

    @ of Rs.1000/- per pm. I was about to get matured amount in the year 2018 only. But till date not recieved anything. I have

    already handed over original to your agent Mr. Mahesh on 06/06/2017. Kindly credit the amount along with interest to my account

    already with you/ OR issue the cheque in my name to my address.

                    We had raised above complaint on 02/04/2022, on which reply was given as "Your complaint has been forwarded to Citrus Check Inns customer service. You should receive a reply from the company representatives within several days".

                    But no such reply has been received from citrus check inns as on now.

                    Still After One year from the date of complaint no response has been received from citrus company. Please clarify on when we shall receive our money back.

                        Sir I have invested money in Citrus check inns. Through a known person who looted us and now he is not taking any responsibility of this, and he taken all the necessary documents of that policy with him, telling that he will submit it to concern authority and they will refund the amount, but it's been 3.5 years he is not taking the calls and we don't know what to do, also he is a government employee and running this kind of policy on her wife's name. Now please tell me what to do. I have two policy worth 800000 approx.

                          2. JNM[protected]/07/2013) for amount of ₹ 48, 000.00, we paid per month Instalment till 33 months.

                          3. CSD[protected]/04/2012) for amount of ₹ 10000.00, paid full amount.

                          which is already mature as per their terms.

                          We already submitted the original documents for refund.

                                    I had started working under citrus check inns as a agent and collecting policies. Many people invested in citrus check inns. I started in 2012 and maturity of my investors was in 2018 but then this scam came forward and all of our money was stucked in. Untill now we have not recieved any of the refund. I worked so hard an then this happened and now the investors are troubling us to give their money back. I am just a agent through which we help to collect policies how will we pay all the amount of the investors. Even i have invested into citrus check inns plz give all ou refund back. This is not tolerable now. Give our money back uts already been so many years now we want our moneu back. Code-69/5009
