Citrus Payment Solutions — Refund of failed transaction not received

Dear Concern

On 08.10.2022 a fund of Rs 1410 was transferred from my SBI Account no. [protected] by net banking through Citrus Payment Solutions to Delhi University but the payment was not received by the institution showing transaction error.

The payment was not refunded in my account till date.

It is requested to check the status and refund the amount in my acount. The transaction detail is given below and copy of bank statement is attached herewith:
