I have done payment of 222127/- on 03 oct . Reference no. [protected] IGAOKKNQG7 to YEIDA through citrus payment solutions however I have not any confirmation of payment from authority. Also I have not received the amount back in case of payment failures. Pls check the status and return my money urgently. My dabit account was SBI and account no. was [protected]. My mail is [protected]@gmail. com and mobile no is [protected]. Also call me if possible

    On 09/11/2022, I made a payment of Rs 1000/- through netbanking favoring Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) for top up recharge of my Metro Card No. 76436640.
    The top up details are as under:
    Top Up Reference[protected]
    Top Up Request Amount Rs 1000/-
    Card Id 76436640
    Top Up Request Date 09/11/2022 at 10.33
    Merchant Transaction Id[protected]

    This amount of Rs 1000/- was debited from my account [protected] of Axis Bank, Asaf Ali Road, Delhi but the same was not credited into my Metro Card. I made a complaint with DMRC at their portal to which I received the following reply:-

      Citrus Payment Solutions ticket booking Return back money

      Sir i have made a payment using internet banking in citruspay of rupees Rs.41887.34 for airindia express ticket booking at date 9-12-22(afternoon12.30pm) .amount was credited my account. but ticket not booking . ill check that airlines office they told me amount not credited there account. so please refund my amount back my account back. if you want further details send me mail to me.my mail id [protected]@gmail.com.

I'll ask air India office they told me ticket booked but amount not credited there account. so cancel the booking. so please send back money to same account.         I have made payment for MSEB tendering purpose on 29/03/2017 of rupees 16590/- two times. This amount of (16590 x 2 = 33180/-) was debitted from my SBI account but was neither credited to concerned tendering authority nor returned back to my account.
        I have complained to SBI bank, but they said that its not our fault.
        Kindly resolve this issue.

                  I recharged Rs.100 in metro card on[protected]. I have put the card in top up machine around 10 times till date. More than 40 days has been completed without any refund of money.
                  A reply from DMRC revealed that there is problem in payment gateway i.e. citrus.

                              On 08.10.2022 a fund of Rs 1410 was transferred from my SBI Account no. [protected] by net banking through Citrus Payment Solutions to Delhi University but the payment was not received by the institution showing transaction error.

                              The payment was not refunded in my account till date.
