Citrus Solutions Pvt Ltd — Refund for the failed transaction on 26/11/20

I tried placing an order on 26/11/20 from Zara and since I opted for upi citrus pay initiated in the successful deduction of ₹3528 but it was shown that Zara.com didn’t receive the amount and since ₹3528 was deducted from my ac.So I mailed [protected]@payu.in asking for an immediate refund but I was told to be contacted within 48hours but yet I’ve not been contacted since then. It will be Of great help if @citruspay resolves my issue asap. N Not ignoring that we should be informed Or contacted Within the allotted period (48hours) as informed.
