Need urgent attention
I made a purchase from zara and the amount has not been refunded.I contacted zara and my UPI help centre but zara showed me a receipt of the money being refunded at Jan 1st while my UPI told me to contact citrus private ltd. Please reply and I’ll also send you the transaction number

Refund needed asap
I had made a payment on the zara app via UPI and the amount was deducted but the order wasn't placed . The order got cancelled. I want my refund back. It's already been a week . I had placed the order on 12th November 2021. Would like the refund back in my account as soon as possible

Money deducted but shown as a pending payment

I had recently made an order from zara app and i was opted to pay via upi through phonepe to citrus solutions pvt ltd the transaction was successful but it is shown as a pending payment and so my order got cancelled!!!but I haven’t receive my money back!!!It is already deducted from my account but it did not reach the zara please i want money back!I want a refund as soon as possible!!

Payment did not reach Zara

Payment refund
I was placing an order on zara india online on 14th december and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@okhdfcbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.
Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.

So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending

Money Did not reach merchant
I made a transaction worth Rs 3770 on date 2 july 20121, against an order placed at Zara App. The transaction id for it was T2107021321045212122060 and UTR No. :[protected] . I awaited for around 24 hrs but neither my bank account nor my purchase was credited with the deducted amount. I need my money back asap .

Zara payment deducted but order was cancelled
This is regarding your payment gateway, while shopping from Zara, I opted to pay through UPI payments where they redirected me to you (citrus payment solutions). So I paid the amount of ₹12120 from my google pay. My money got deducted from my account but Zara didn’t received my money and my product got cancelled.
Please kindly refund back the amount asap.

Money debited,order canceled.
Hi! Yesterday (15 of April’21) I had made a purchase from Zara through online mode and paid for the order through Gpay UPI, to Citrus Solutions PVT LTD which is the Zara’s gateway payment. My money got debited but the order was canceled since Zara didn’t receive the amount so kindly see to this matter and send me the refund as soon as possible.

I have the money but my order was not placed .
I placed the order of zara today, while making the payment I choose the option for UPI payment, and I made the payment through Paytm for citrus solutions Pvt Ltd. my money got deducted however I my order was not placed from Zara coz I haven't made the payment, but the payment was done through Paytm to the UPI( [protected]@axisbank). Kindly help me as its not a small amount which has been debited.i have also shared the screenshot of the payment details.please revert me ASAP.

Zara sandals and Zara two t-shirts
Hey, this is my fourth complaint because I didn’t get response of last three complaints. I ordered sandals and two t-shirts from Zara online on[protected] and i chose to pay through upi. But then, my order got cancelled because according to zara, they didn’t receive any money but on the other hand, citrus Solutions pvt ltd deducted money from my account. Now i want my refund. I haven’t gotten any reply as of yet.

Money not refunded
I made a purchase of Rs 6160/- today on 2.1.
2021 from Zara India online site using Citrus Solutions Pvt Ltd. money got debited from my account. But site showed ‘ payment Pending’ . Called their customer care and canceled the purchase. want the refund . I did not receive the refund till now. Reference no .[protected]. Need a prompt reply .

Refund for the failed transaction on 26/11/20
I tried placing an order on 26/11/20 from Zara and since I opted for upi citrus pay initiated in the successful deduction of ₹3528 but it was shown that Zara.com didn’t receive the amount and since ₹3528 was deducted from my ac.So I mailed [protected]@payu.in asking for an immediate refund but I was told to be contacted within 48hours but yet I’ve not been contacted since then. It will be Of great help if @citruspay resolves my issue asap. N Not ignoring that we should be informed Or contacted Within the allotted period (48hours) as informed.

Refund for my last transaction
I made a Zara purchase on 26/11/20 and citruspay deducted the full amount of ₹3528 but Zara.com didn’t receive the amount. So I mailed [protected]@payu.in asking for an immediate refund but I was asked to that I will be contacted within 48hours n that my query has been forwarded to one of their support advocates but they have not contacted me. Please ensure an immediate refund.

It got deducted but in comedk payment page (Citrus) its showing payment failed unsuccessful.

As checked, this is a failed transaction and amount for same has been refunded on 01/06/2020 via RRN[protected]. You will receive the amount in your source account within 5-7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).

payment of new hathway connection

I had booked for a new hathway connection through one sudhakar m. No. [protected]. He had sent me a link and i have made the online payment from my bank account vide upi transaction id no.[protected] on 1st april 2019.
In my bank account this sum of rs. 3, 179=00 is debited instantly at 10-15 pm.
Now the hathway people are saying that, they have not received the payment so they are not going to connect the net connections.
Would you be kind enough to atleast let me know the status of this payment, as i have been repeatedly trying to call your customer care no.[protected] but so unfortunate that, even there is no one to lift the call.
Its more than 10 days past the payment and no response form any one.
You can call me on [protected].
