Citrus Solutions Pvt Ltd — Zara shopping payment deducted but not reached to Zara

On 10th of July 2021, Saturday at 7:21 PM. I made payment to Zara Shopping app via Google pay using Citrus Solution Pvt Ltd but payment was deducted and did not reach to Zara and eventually my order was cancelled.
