Citruseazypay — Amount has been debited from my account but not credited in the account of (mcrohtakptax.in )

Hi All,

I am dharmendra kumar. I have paid my house tax through citruseazypay to municipal corporation rohtak. But my amount 572 Rs debited from my Hdfc account but not credit in the mcrohtak account therefore my house tax status is unpaid till now. Please highlight the issue and resolve it as soon as possible
