A resident on 11th Floor is illegally constructing - extending 1BHK to 2BHK - on 11th floor terrace without permission of CIDCO or Society. If this not stopped immediately - it will ruined the structure of building and other 1BHK owners will start extending flats.

Respected Sir, I'm a resident of Taloja-Panchanand Phase-1, from last 1 year there are serious issues regarding 8 hours Load Shedding from morning 5 am to 9 am & evening 5 pm to 8:30 pm at daily basis and also Tuesday morning to evening up to 7 pm load shedding on the same area. The street lights are installed past 2 years but no current is supplied by MSEB to this poles. There are about 500+ families residing in Taloja-Panchanand Phase-1. We are facing this above problems even after paying Development & MSEB charges to Builder for this amenities We think they should understand we are also human being not animals to survive without light. I would like to take necessary action to above points which CIDCO should consider asap for the safety and betterment of the citizens staying in the Taloja-Panchanand Phase-1. Hence request you to look in this matter urgently. Regards Marimuthu.K

        no.203.

This flat is owned by society general secretary Mr. Baburao
        Raikar.

The recently the Gitaivilla society colored the building,
when you see the from outside it will look in good condition but this building
is not in a good condition. If you will do any hole in the wall or pillar with
drill machine the nearest cement also will come out with the large quantity and
        becomes a big hole.

As per my knowledge this building is very dangerous.

I am a resident of Shivdarshan Cooperative Housing Society, Sector-16, plot-5 of Sanpada in Navi Mumbai, the so called city of the 21st century. Just opposite our society across the road, there are two empty plots 9 &10, Sector-16 A. CIDCO has put up a notice which reads “This Plot No 9 & 10 of Sector-16A belongs to CIDCO. Any trespassers shall be prosecuted”. However, for the past six-seven years one family has been living in a shanty constructed by them in one corner of the plot. Since the past one year or so, several more shanties have come up and people have started living in these shanties. The barbed wire fencing put up by CIDCO has been either damaged or removed by them. These people have spoiled the area and go behind their shanties to the Railway Compound to defecate in the open. Every morning we cannot avoid seeing this nauseating site of people defecating in the open from the windows of our bed room, kitchen and staircase. It is disgusting to say the least. This has made the whole area extremely unhygienic. My question is- Have not CIDCO noticed such gross trespassing of their plots? Can’t they do anything to protect their own plots? Have not CIDCO got any duties to see that tax paying public get the right environment around their neighbourhood? It is not only surprising but shocking to find that CIDCO cannot even notice the fact that people are living in illegal shanties in their plots. Or do they think merely putting up a notice is enough? I take this opportunity to request CIDCO to kindly send or depute officials to see and inspect the area and take immediate necessary actions to remove the people from the shanties from illegally staying in Plot nos 9 & 10 of Sector-16A of Sanpada and thereby spare us from the suffering of seeing not only such nauseating scenes every morning and but also ensure a healthy environment for us to live in. I also request CIDCO to take necessary action to ensure that in the future no such illegal shanties are allowed to come up in these plots. With best regards. SK Dewri

                Address: Mumbai City, Maharashtra

RespectedSir, I am, Mr.Sundar Babu Gaikwad, is the resident of Madhu-Kunj Bldg., R. No. 26/B, 2ndfloor, J.M. Rd, Bhandup (w), Mumbai – 400 078, would like to report the illegal activities of Mr. Ramchandra Ganpat Jagade, who had allotted a plot No.F-46/21, Sector-12, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai dt. on 06.12.95 by “The Cityand Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd.” (CIDCO Ltd.). But because of his (Mr. Jagade’s) poorfinancial condition, he request me (Mr. Sundar Gaikwad) to purchase the above mentioned plot for a total price of Rs. 3, 00, 000/- (Three lacks only.) Thus we had made a hand written agreement on a stamp paper which is written and duly signed by Mr. Jagade on 19.12.1996 and promised me to help for developing this plot whenever it require. Even further on 12.07.12 Mr. Jagade had given me (Mr. Gaikwad) a “Irrevocable Power of Attorney” of the above mentioned plot. On the other hand between the period of 09.12.12 to 21.12.12, without giving any information to me (Mr. Gaikwad) Mr. Jagade tried to transfer and assigned the lease hold rights of the above mentioned plot to Mr. Pravin Ashok Jadhav and Mr.Harishchandra Ashok Jadhav for a total price of Rs. 8, 00, 000/- (Eight lacks only). When I (Mr. Gaikwad) heard about these and sent a legal notice through Adv. Palas, on 24.12.12 to “The Asst. Estate Officer, CIDCO Ltd., Raigad Bhavan, Belapur, Navi Mumbai.” And CCto “Kharghar Police Station” on 27.12.12. Mr. Jagade had given his handwritten “MafiNama and Correction Deed” on a stamp paper to “The CIDCO Ltd., Raigad Bhavan, Belapur – Navi Mumbai on 24.12.12 which CIDCO Ltd. received on 07.01.13. Therefore on 21.01.13, we submitted an application to “Grant of Permission to transfer and assign the lease hold rights of the above mentioned plot” in the name of me (Mr. Gaikwad) to “The Asst. Estate Officer, CIDCO Ltd., Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.” Again on 05.10.13, without giving any information to me (Mr. Gaikwad), Mr. Jagade tried totransfer and assign the lease hold rights of the same plot to Mr. Shivkumar Taneja, for a total price of Rs. 15, 00, 000/- (Fifteen lacks only.) and accept initial part payment of Rs. 6, 00, 000/- (Six lacks only.) on the sameday. But again Mr. Ramchandra Jagade changed his mind for the sale of the said plot and return Mr. Shivkumar Tanejaa sum of Rs. 6, 00, 000/- (Six lacks only.) by cheque No. 100017 dt. 07.01.14was returned on 08.01.14 due to insufficient fund. So a notice from Adv. Tapan Sarkar was served on 11.01.14 to Mr. Jagade, hence Mr. Taneja had file a case at before the Hon’ble vashi court, at Navi Mumbai bearing case No. 864/14 which is pending before the Hon’ble court. Thus, Mr.Ramchandra Jagade tried to sale the same plot to many people which is illegal. So please do not issue any transfer permission/NOC for any kind of mortgage for aforesaid plot to anybody and do the needful as early as possible. To, 1. The Managing Director CIDCO of Maharashtra Ltd. Nirmal, 2nd Floor, Nariman Point, Mumbai – 400 021. 2. The Manager (Marketing-1) CIDCO of Maharashtra Ltd., CIDCO Bhavan, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai- 400 614. 3. Estate officer (KHAR) CIDCO LTD. Raigad Bhavan Navi Mumbai.

Damaged pillar .Can Collapse Anytime at CIDCO constructed Saiplaza Commercial Complex Sector 15, Airoli Navi Mumbai Date : 20 /3/2014 To The Ward Officer CIDCO Saiplaza Commercial Complex Sector -15 Airoli Navi Mumbai -400708 Dear Sir, Subject : Urgent & Serious complaint about leakage from terrace, ceiling fall in passage in front of our office premises and severely damaged pillar due to water tanks fitted by Society and not maintained at CIDCO constructed Saiplaza Commercial Complex, Sector 15, Airoli, Navi Mumbai I, undersigned own office no 1 on first floor of Saiplaza Commercial Complex. I had bought the said property from CIDCO, CBD in 1999. During my visits last week, I observed that there is very serious damage to the pillar below our premise. Also very sever water leakage problem and cement fall from ceiling. It’s because of two huge water tanks fitted just above the terrace part above our office premise and bathrooms. I would like to bring it to your notice that the tanks were fitted without consulting us. And once fitted it was never cleaned or maintained. Also consequences of fitting such huge tanks were not taken into consideration by the decision makers involved that time. Because of too much weight and continuous water leakage the pillar has been damaged dangerously . It can fall anytime resulting in collapse of one side of the premises . Its a threat to human lives and building is extremely dangerous to stay. Still most of the offices are occupied by people Also the ceiling has weakened causing fall of cement slabs from the top which can hurt anybody passing by. Also there is lot of misuse of central empty space inside the complex by shop owners on the ground floor. I request you to take the notice of it and take the necessary steps. People responsible for fitting the tank should be made to take them off immediately and should also pay for the damage caused . I am forwarding the copy of same letter to Chairperson & Secretary of Saiplaza Society . I am also attaching the photographs for your reference. Yours truly Ms Tanuja Parihar Office no 1, Saiplaza Commercial Complex Sector -15 Airoli Navi Mumbai -400708 ( M) [protected]

The builder is continuously breaking the adjoining hill inorder to accommodate the new project. This I think is a complete violation of environmental regulations. Kindly send a local official from your department to inspect the site and do the needful. More over the builder is using breaking machines through out the day and also till late night which is causing lot of disturbance to the residents.

Respected sir, I am a resident of Taloja Panchanand Phase 1, when ever we log a complaint regarding power cut and ask for the reason there is only one reply they are not aware why there is no supply of electricity.

If the load shedding is schedule on Tuesday Between 10.30 am to 6.30 pm than why there is power cut in morning between 5 to 9.30 am I think they should understand we are also human being not animals to survive without light.

Eventhough we are having inverter if there is no power how will we charge it.

Hence request You to look in this matter urgently.

                            Respected Sir,

I'm a resident of Taloja-Panchanand Phase-1, there are loads of serious issues concerning this CIDCO administered area, first there is regular Load Shedding, Power breakdown at regular intervals, Street Lights are still not functioning even after poles were lay ed 1 8 months back etc. Now every day Water Meter theft are reported in this area, our society Water Meter was one of them. After complaining the Water theft issue at MIDC Police Station they were unaware of theft issue as it was not reported to them. It was noticed that there is no Police beat Marshall in our area and no Place Chowky for resident safety. I'm have been doing continues follow-up with MSEB and CIDCO officials for problem related to this area, but they are least concern about our problems. We will need Anna Hazare like movement to wake the authorities working in CIDCO administered area to solve our problems.

                            Regards,

SUBJECT : CIDCO’S : WHY ARE ALL THE PONDS IN PANVEL FILTHY DIRTY AND NOT THROUGHLY CLEANED.
                                  Respected Sir,
It has been observed for many months that the CIDCO’s has begun erecting wall around the ponds and safe guarding it from intruders and encroachers. All this is fine and noteworthy, but one thing which is non-acceptable and too weird to even think of is : “WHY ARE ALL THE PONDS IN PANVEL FILTHY DIRTY AND NOT THROUGHLY CLEANED.” It has taken so much wasted efforts on the print media to express the concerns of the common man towards this wage attitude of the CIDCO’s functioning in an unprofessional way and leaving these ponds in an utter mess, filthy, dirty, unhygienic and contaminated and incomplete in a way leaving things half done.
Today if you happen to visit any of these ponds in Panvel and abreast yourself about how things are done in a hush hush manner leaving a void and incomplete jobs. All one can imagine is that gradually CIDCO’s is taking things too lightly because they feel they have a strong adage of “WE BUILD CITIES”. Then, let me remind CIDCO’s that the ponds which are left stinking and dirty are in that scheme of the “CITIY” adage and is misused to the extent of taking one and all for a royal ride with just constructing a wall and leaving it at that. There needs to be an through inquiry of and about all the incomplete jobs left un-done till date with pictures to prove that at what current state they all are. Secondly the print media also needs to highlight the contact details of all the concerned officers in CIDCO’s to update them all of and about all these pending jobs left in the lurch till date. Simultaneously there has to be a photograph of the concerned authority figure with the incomplete job photograph to highlight the status and the man in charge for the same. This in turn will put to shame many of those authorised personnel who go scot free and are least bothered how the common man is suffering due to their neglicance.
If there seem to be no sincere effort and will to get up and get going on the highlighted grievances. Then, CIDCO’s need to buckle up and face up to the grievance scenes immediately and do the needful before the rains. As already everyone is concerned about “WATER” which has become the hot topic of discussion due the recent drought situation in Maharashtra. If this is so devastating then, having such beautiful ponds and not cleaned and maintained is calling for heads to roll on a major negliance to really protect the water bodies we all have and are not properly taken care of. Please can the CIDCO’s get up from that late afternoon nap and look around as to what needs to be tackled on priority with immediate effect to protect our surrounding ponds, which happen to be our source of water bodies available to us at any given time.
                                  Thanking you,
                                  Yours truly,

I stay in Ex-Servicemen CHS in Kalamboli and I have been staying in here for the past 13 years and I am very ashamed (normally people say - I would like to) to say that the road facility in front of our society is a disaster. I have seen the road repair work taking place for 3 to 4 times but the road condition was so bad that in a couple of months it would go back to the original state with making it more difficult to even walk on the roads, forget about commuting in a transport.

This road leads to the important landmarks of Kalamboli such as Kalamboli Police Station and Kalamboli Fire Brigade, but is ignored by the evil politicians and to my knowledge they are only filling there pockets on the name of tenders and not solving any problems of the residents in the city.

In the past, I had also complained about the open nullah's but I think even that was ignored by our officials and for the past 5 years its open without any coverings provided. This is only leading to increase in the diseases and contamination of the weather.

Our own MPCB is just 10 kms away from the place, but is ignoring the surroundings completely.

I appeal to the government to take a step and do the needful. If they can ask us to vote, they can even serve us. Or rather they step down from the chair which is given to them by the citizens.
