City & Industrial Development Corporation [CIDCO] — Complaint regarding water leakage/poor condition of the building

Dear Sir/Madam,

With due respect, I would like to inform you that I am a resident of Nana Complex, E-wing, Sector No 23, Juinagar Navi Mumbai 400706 with concerns that we have been facing a water leakage problem during the rainy season every year. This problem is damaging our walls and is also affecting the overall strength of the building.

Despite previous complaints to our building management, no action has been taken to address this issue, which is causing damage to our walls and compromising the building's integrity. Urgent intervention is needed to rectify this situation and prevent further damage to residents' property and safety.
I kindly request your immediate attention and action on this matter. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated.
