City & Industrial Development Corporation [CIDCO] — Illegal function held on Cidco reserved plot in residential area

Respected sir / Ma'am,
I would like to draw your kind attention towards encroachments cropping up at CIDCO Property on plot no. 233, sector 17, Ulwe.
These people are developing illegal's ground for cricket. and now they have held functions like cricket tournament and volleyball tournament.
they are creating very severe noise pollution also with loud speakers.

It is very important to take early action so that encroachment of the CIDCO land can be avoided and cleanliness and law and Order can be maintained in agood society developed by CIDCO.
