I called customer care team as i received message that cidco date of appointment revised from 23/1/2020 to 31/1/2020 twice i called him & asked him that are you sure 31/1/2020 is last date to make payment & book appointment they told yes i asked the timing she inform you can make any time
But today i tried to make payment to book appointment
I was not able to but when i called them today they told date is already over last date was 30/1/2020
My payment was ready when i tried to make payment i didn't got the option
This was misguided & misinformed to me
