I, Rohan Uday Gharat, apply for MASS HOUSING LOTTERY AUGUST 2022 (MH-10) announced by CIDCO under CIDCO Housing. Application No. is[protected] under General income group.
The result of this draw has been declared on 23 November 2022 and I am the winner of this draw and I am allotted S_34_TALOJA_PLOT_NO.6(GN) building no.at Taloja. L07 10th Floor Flat no. 8 has got this flat.
I am not able to take the flat received in the said place as it is not in my preferred location, so I am requesting to cancel the allotment of the given flat and return the deposit amount of Rs.1, 50, 000/- paid to me.
I am surrendering my flat on 31st January 2023. But till date i.e. 13th March 2023 I am not yet received my deposit amount Rs. 1, 50, 000/- . I need this money on urgent basis because of some medical emergency in my family.
Request you to kindly do the needful on urgent basis.
