Hi, i have applied for cidco lottery flats and won the lottery but due to financial issues i have to step back and applied for refund by submitting the surrender letter in person at belapur office. They said it will be credited to account within 45 days but it is more than 45 days now but no refund has been initiated. Tried calling them but nobody picks the call. My application number is 4860.
