City & Industrial Development Corporation [CIDCO] — still not received cidco lottery refund

I have applied in cidco lottery 2018 but i have not received any refund in my account. I have called so many times on helpline no. But either the no. Is busy or its automatically disconnected.

My friends got their refund within 2-3 days but i have not received any refund.
