City & Industrial Development Corporation [CIDCO] — water supply shortage

Hello,
I live in sector 9, ulwe node, we are facing lot of water shortage since last one week. Water supply is cut of almost 2 to 3 days. Just 4 days ago we had 2 days shortage of water.
Also there is no prior notice for such shortage. Please provide necessary warnings before such major water shortage, so that we can prepare for it. There is also electricity shortage. After paying taxes and bills regularly we still get such a bad service

From the last 12 days, the incoming water pressure from cidco is very low. Due to that we can get only 1 hour water out of 24 hour.
