City Union Bank — amount deducted but the beneficiary has not received the amount

I had transferred the amount of four thousand rupees to one of my beneficiaries unfortunately the amount has been deducted but the receiver has not received the amount. I got the message as imps request has been submitted to beneficiary account but the common message would be imps request to beneficiary is successful. This was my issue. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

City Union Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am Manoj H/o Surya praba. On 20 Jan 2020, Rs1612.00 swiped three times from my wife bank account.money was debited from her account but not refunded till now.so please refund the Rs 4836.00 to her City union bank account.
