Server down issue

Daily at midnight. Server is down. Mostly around 12 Am to 2 Am. Without prior information in regular basis they are doing this....

Permanent waiver for cash handling charges

Respected sir:-
Subject:- regarding the REVERSAL of CASH HANDLING charges, and the PERMANENT WAIVER for the CASH HANDLING charges, and the ROI using for the BANK GUARENTEE was more difference what which compare to 2020 and 2021.

I have given my house to my father in law to take a loan at city union bank. Unfortunately he was passed away in an road accident, therefore i have received a bank notice from City Union Bank to pay the outstanding loan amount of what my father in law took from the bank.
He pledge 2 houses which is my house and his own house, I have approach the bank and asked to release my house only by paying the amount which took against my house....

cash deposit machine issues at pollachi cub branch

I have raised this issues very serious note for all CUB branch bank staff & CUB Customers, I have deposited 10, 000 rs in Pollachi branch 6700 rs amount saved and again i deposited 3300 machine displays hardware error and raised the complaint they saying 7, 700 deposit to account and remaining amount not deposited how the machine took 1000 rs and remaining not getting? my account locked

I had given my password 5 times wrong as i was not remember my password, so it has been locked. My account is locked please clear my issue as soon as possible, because it was emergence for me to pay my tuition fee for my college. My college name is sastra university. It was able to paid through online only, pleass resolve my issue as soon poosible. Thankyou sir....

phonepe transaction failed

Hi,
This is gokul, today i've made a transaction in phonepe the amount has been debited from my account and the amount is not credited to other account
As his account is not synced with his bank account and the amount has gone for someone account, i've asked to phonepe they asked me to raise cash charge form.

I'll be sharing the utr number and transaction id please kindly give solution for my issue

server down at night times everyday

I am not able to do an online transaction with city union bank. This problem is happening everyday at night. If this problem is gonna continue. I am going to move out of city union bank and go for icici bank.

1. Why can't u people having a bank like this keep the servers online at the night? Even a simple website keeps it's server up and running 24/7.

A bank like yours can't??? Worst bank i have ever seen who...

my account is locked

Currently i have used my account but my account is locked and my atm is not working, i don't know why this is happening. Now i'm in chennai.. Please tell any suggestions to reactivate my account

Internet banking password not working

Internet banking issue

Internet banking issue is not resolved after following it up multiple times Bank has updated the user id to new user id without informing the account holder and I am unable to access the Internet banking which is causing me the problems in all the online transactions since it is a salary account . Please take an action against bank and solve my issue ASAP....

CUB Manivakkam branch in association with Star health is involved in insurance scam. After denying the product CUB Manivakkam staff ran behind us for completing their target and cheated my father who was a senior citizen with fake promises. But when my father was admitted in hospital the star health insurance company denied claim by saying stories, When approached CUB manager over there was aggressive towards us and told us to file legal action against CUB and also mentioned that general public cannot do anything as CUB is a big corporate.Now my father who is a senior citizen was cheated and due to this non human activity by CUB made his health more Worster. Wrote many mails to CUB but no use .Now they CUB mannivakkam also took the original bills of my fathers health due to which his medicals checkups are affected.I hope Mr.Kamakoti CUB is a humanatarian

    Sub: Request for enquiry of my Loan accounts and waive the penal interest and reduce the rate of interest.

    I, Manchala Suresh having group accounts in your bank, writing this letter with reference to the above subject. With full support of CUB I have developed my business but due to demonetization and later Pandemic situation, my payments have been slightly delayed.

    As already informed in my previous letters to branch, due to corona and demonetization my business was not so well flourishing which resulted in some delayed payments for which penalty has been levied. From the beginning, if you check my loan accounts, I have paid more than approximately 10 extra EMIs but you have debited it as penal interest. I have sent many letters to Mr. Raghu kanan, the manager during that period of time. He gave false promises and did not respond properly and also not reduced any rate of interest during that time which was promised by him.

    Further Corona has affected my business, still I managed to pay the EMIs with the support of CUB as they reduced rate of interest and by giving loans. Later again penal interest has been started and requested Mr. Karthikeyan, who was the manager at that time to waive penal interest but has given me false promises to do so and later gave false information.

    At present, the new manager after listening to my above concerns has not responded appropriately. Later, during last 6 months I have been in contact with manager of the bank regarding this issue and at the time of phone conversation, they have confirmed that they would reduce the rate of interest and also waive the penalty after writing a letter. After following there guidance and doing the same I haven’t received any response till date. If the branch is not interested to reduce the rate of interest or to waive the penalty, do communicate it but I request you to not give false hopes to the customers. Also the bankers have increased the interest rate without any intimation.

    Therefore, I request you to kindly reduce the Interest rate and also waive the penalty by carefully examining my all the accounts with your branch. I hope you will be helpful and support us with this regard.

      Your bank as been charged 800+ rupees for maintenance debt card and sms charges for last 1.5 months and I bought agricultural gold loan for 4% but they have charged me 7.5 percent they said 3.5% will be credit to your bank account directly for it has been 2 months still i did not recived scam? or fraud?

      Kindly please revise my charges amount.

      note: your gudiyatham branch there is no proper reply from them they said we will revers the charges with 10 days but still i didnt get but after that also charging

        I suffer from online fraud from a phone number of total 18000.please help me, his account is in your bank.his phone number start with 898 and and with 258.his account name is mr kuldeep.last 2 transactions are 2900 and 4900.please deduct it from there.

          Last 31/08/2023 i do my transaction of Rs.2500 using Phonepe platform Amount debited from my account but transaction failed i complaint this issue to them they will raise ticket & ask me to contact your bank with UTR number But still 20 days my amount not refunded Kindly refund my debited amount

            I had availed loan of Rs 2.00 lacs on 12/10/2022 under AGRI JEWEL LOAN No [protected]. I had fully closed the said loan on 03/04/2023. At that time, I was instructed to pay the entire accrued interest in the account. When, I asked for adjustment of subsidy portion, you had assured me that it will be credited separately within June 2023. Yet, even after a lapse of more 4 months, you haven’t returned the subsidy amount in my savings account. In this connection I had visited you several times and every time you keep on asking for more time. Sir, is it fare on your part? Kindly instruct your office at Anaimalai to respond to my query and arrange for early credit of subsidy at your earliest convenience.

              Useless executives and so and so they need money from people not for people please cancel the banking Licences i was kindly request to RBI. So many people having same issues from that bank. So close the bank as soon as possible

                Sir, My name is K.Sethuraman account no [protected].I am an old customer. I am not getting notes of the denominations of Rs.10, 20, and or 50.I am a senior citizen and cannot commute to the bank often. Today is the 3rd time I went to the bank (Madipakkam branch) and returned empty handed. I understand, you may have difficulties in procuring the change. But, one cannot use the cards etc. every time. I earnestly request the CUB authorities to take up the matter with the RBI (or whoever may be concerned) and ensure free flow of cash (smaller denominations in particular) to the customers.                   From my account I have paid an amount of Rs 1000/- for PAN AND ADHAAR LINKING to be paid to e payment tax. the transaction was completed on 30.03.2023 through your internet service. the customer name is v. shunmugam His PAN Number is DVPPS3465E AND HIS ADHAAR NUMBER IS[protected]. WHILE COMPLETING TRANSACTION, account debited but payment stage is initiated stage only till now and from etax site the CRN WAS GENERATED NOT CHALLAN DETAILS regarding this transaction we have submitted a complaint on the same day to the bank branch nagercoil and also again complainted on 18.04.2023 In the mean time we have lodged a complaint through e mail to on 14.04.2023.they have advised through grievences redressal that dear tax payer payment status is initiated for CRN [protected]. Please connect with Bank. This itax resolution was submitted to your bank branch nagercoil on 18.04.2023 and directly on 25.04.2023 and 02.05.2023 to Branch Manager. no resolution has been done from bank side till now. it has crossed more than a month . i have earned from hard work money with difficulties. as in come tax depart ment has advised to get money from bank only but bank is not returning it is clearly shown in the status of the income tax that the transaction is not completed it is in initiated stage only. but my money is debited from my account. kindly solve my issue and return the amount immediately.
