My atm debit card has been blocked without any caution message. I was out of town during that time, yu blocked my card without any message to my number. This is complete careless from bank. And i gave complaint in written form to the branch to unblock my atm card but over 15 days gone, still my card unblocked, i can't take my own money. I really regret to open a account in cub. I never seen such poor response from any bank in india
