      Sir I have deposited my retirement amount on my wife's name in cub Trichy thuvakudi branch (a/c no 4617839 Dt.[protected] Rs 10, 02, 500-00 and a/c no 4617858 Dt.[protected] Rs 10, 03, 000-00. .As I went abroad, I have signed my FD and handed over for renewal to the bank in the month of Jan 2014. Further I have deposited for one year only, but in the certificate it was mentioned as one year, four months and twelve ( 1 yr 4 months and 12 days. After returning went to the bank to get the renewed FD in the first week of Dec 2014, and to my surprise I found that the said matured amount 11, 47, 837-00 and 11, 48, 409-00 was not in the renewed FD instead 11, 43158-00 and 11, 43, 726. Authorities informed that the difference of amount is due to non availability of PAN. This information was not said while depositing the amount, Meanwhile in the renewed certificate some Pan no was found and that too is not mine. On opening the saving account id, address, pan, original along with the Xerox copy and photos were given. While asking the manager of the branch to check for the pan details, found that the Customer opening card itself is missing. so I have field a grievance in the cub site vide ref no joh61214185 Dt.[protected]. So far no response neither from branch manager nor from the headoffice. Thanking you A.John yesudasss [protected]

        in your kolhapur br. employes mr. yadav call mi on telephon and ask for opened a/c . then mr rushishikesh takale came at our factory with a/c opening form. and taken RS5000/ to opend a/c and all nesecary paper for a/c opening. he also say that we give you lap loan of RS Eight lakh on your property. and taken cheque of rs.6550 dt[protected]. for prosesing fee. till today therre no respons on your branch please see what is problem. email: [protected]@yahoo.in

            My fixed deposit maturity date is 0n 21.08.2014. I have handed over the deposits receipt on 20.08.2014.to the above branch and instructed them to close the above deposit on maturity date 21.08.2014. I have also given a cheque dated 21.08.2014 for Rs.2, 00, 000/-for fresh deposits based on the above matured deposits. The bank has preclosed my above deposits on 20.08.2018 and levied penal interest and they have not given the full interest credit to my current account no.34557. The Staff has made the mistake by preclosing my deposit before the maturity date. I will not accept this I want full interest amount to be credited to my account. It is not my fault. It is purely your staff fault. I request you to take the matter serious and give the full interest to me.

              Sorry to say this that the bank service is really poor. Bank incharges do not respond to calls and are unable to clear the query and they bluntly just keep the call down if they receive the call.
              I regret in making an account in this bank.

                  hi i have opened an account in city union bank in 2009, as student account after few years i wanted to change it as savings account but when i reached the office they tell to come more than 6 times no proper response its waste of spending this bank please open account in any bank they will give proper response WORST BANK PLEASE DONT INVEST OR OPEN ANY ACCOUNT BEWARE ITS A FRAUD BANK

                    My Name is Jayaprakash applied for open a sb account with city union Bank from the head office is routed to go Ashoknagar branch if i will visit the branch that ac opening person will verify my orginal document and handed over the Ac Opening kit to me after that Branch Assistant Manger Mrs Lakshmi will throw my application in face after that i told through telephone ur kit also with what can i do for She (Lakshmi Asst. General Manager) Told i not signed document u will go to any officer no body will ask me she told i will ask him what is the reason i am having all record about this woman then manager told to take neccessary action with in 15 days.

                      Respected Sir / Madam,

                      Yesterday (04.06.2012 Monday) I went to CUB ATM located at No.4, North Street,Vedaranyam – 614810.Nagapattinam – District, Pin : 614810, City : Nagapattinam, State : Tamil Nadu for withdrawal. I waited in queue about 20 minutes. Before I am going to enter, another person entered who was not wait in the queue. There was no positive reply from the security when I asking about this to him. After that I went to the Bank (Vedaranyam Branch CIUB0000229) and asked the manager about this. That person also did not give me solution. Also he didn't give me respect, he treated and scold me in front of many people who were present at the time. I don't know why should I waited in the ATM queue for 20 minutes.

                      I am speaking not only for me I am speaking for my people.

                        City Union Bank cheats people in the name of CREDIT 2011 Recruitment process. They conduct examination and declare the results for their favor and didn't show the percentage of marks obtained by the selected candidates. List shows their favor people, then why they conduct the examination instead they can recruit people directly. They just waste people's money and time. I am one among the candidates who attended the examination. I performed well in the examination.City Union Bank Credit 2011 is fully eye wash.

                        I also attended the CREDIT 2011 conducted by City Union Bank, I got selected in CUB. They conducted in well manner when compared to other Banks.

                        Since all other banks will take so much of time to publish the Written Test result, but the City Union Bank published in the evening itself. So there will be no favor as I think.

                        I strongly dis-agree to your thought.!!!
