[Resolved]  City Union Bank — debit card declined but an amount of 200 has been debited. even after three days the amount has not been reverted back.

On 18 jun, i swiped my cub debit card at sree muthukumaran petrol bunk near perur coimbatore, initially the card declined. Then again i entered pin number and the amount has been debited and i got a receipt for it. After sometimes, i noticed that the amount has been debited even thought the card declined. Now i want to know whether the amount will be revert back to my account or i have to check with the petrol bunk.
