Having obtained the phone numbers of its customers, what prevented the bank employee to clarify with its customers over phone before dishonouring his/her cheque.
By simply dishonouring the cheque for flimsy reasons, i lost peace of mind besides penal charges amounting to several hundreds at both end.
Who will compensate the loss sustained by me because of the negligence services of this kind of bank employees. Was this information helpful? |
