I have an account with your srirangam branch. This morning i have used my debit card to book a darshan at tirumala. My dr. Ending with 0251, expires on 02/20. Ref my transactions no: 76013421 through my debit card
This t/w ttd darshan, was unsuccessful, but a/c debited. Please expedite the transaction please reverse the entry and give back my amount to my a/c

I have visited bank for clarification of wrongly credited amount. They made me to close the account.
