City Union Bank — ecs cheque dishonoured in spite balance

I have an od account with your koramangala branch with a limit of rs. 61, 000/- and the balance as on[protected] was rs. (-) 23301.47. Od is against the fd, my account was due for renewal on the 31st december, 2019 which was not renewed by the branch. 2 cheques of rs. 29, 496/- and rs. 103/- of hdfc life insurance was dishonoured and an amount of rs. 177/- each was debited to my account for no fault of mine. I request you to look into the matter and do the needful. My account details are as under -
