Dear sir/mam,
Cub (Aduthurai branch) is one of the very very worst branch in tamilnadu. Did not respond for everything. I was asked netbanking facilities last 1 month before but still they are telling simply it will come after 2 days. All employees are lazy. Mobile number wrongly updated in records. All those things are doing worst case. Please take immediate action. When enter into the bank all the customers are always scolding that branch employees for lazy work and wrong updation but they didn't care about anything.

After given the complaint mail, within 2 days i got netbanking userid and password documents.Now it's working fine and registered successfully. Also changed mobile number correctly. Thank u for the proper response.
