[Resolved] City Union Bank — Not getting 10 rupee coins in bank

If I give 10 rupee coins to the bank they didn't accept it they are telling we itself having more 10 rupee coins and are not accepting.I give 10 rupee coins in shop or any other place they too didn't accept it they also tells that in banks 10 rupee coins are not accepted so I can't accept it they are telling so please do any favour for this problem.

Updated by Ashok Rojith Sir in banks when I give 10 rupee coins they didn't accept it they are telling that they also having more coins and not accepting.if I give the 10 rupee coins in shop they also tells that in banks they are not accepting 10 rupee coins so they said that I also can't accept .Sir because of the problem no one accept 10 rupee coins so please do any favour for this problem.

I request to cub(trichy) for Mobile banking on dec2016.Still im not getting mobile banking password.I asked the further branch for this issue.Their replies was very Irresponsive.what can i do???? please send mobile banking password to my address.
