[Resolved] City Union Bank — payment not received from the atm | |||
Date of the incident : 8th march, 2019 When i tried to withdraw an amount of rs 800 from my near city union bank atm, the atm machine went offline but the money was deducted from my bank account. The bank from which i tried to withdraw the money is also the city union bank account. So i need a refund of rs 800. Sir. kindly refer my transaction of INR 5000. Dated 02 mar 2019. In this transaction money debited from my saving account no..[protected]..was not credited to beneficiary account.. kindly investigate the matter and re credit the amount to my cub account. I will be ever grateful for your earliest action.thank you
