[Resolved]  City Union Bank — requesting for refund

Dear Sir/Madam,
I tried booking tickets from my paytm ID on 9th Dec 2018:
Train tickets amounting to Rs. 601.96 Chennai to Banglore ( paytm transaction ID [protected])
The amount got deducted from my bank, but the paytm transaction was failed.
It has been more than a week, the amount did not back credited, kindly please verify for the same.
