I tried to transaction between my city union bank accoubt to https://www.ecwid.com this site for my business site upgrade But i received one message your Your card could not be charged Error: transaction not allowed. They are not loading money in this ATM, always No money issue.
Please help us to solve this issue, i cant use other Bank ATM, they are deducting Rs.20 for every transaction.
