[Resolved] City Union Bank — Worst behaviour to senior citizen account holder | |||
Respected sir/madam, As i am registering complaint against city union bank - kuthalam bank (pin-609801) staffs. the counter staffs are behaving very rude manner to my mom. she is not educated hence needs cub counter for money transactions but cub staff always forcing to use atm eventhough they know that some of their account holders are not having enough knowledge to use atm machine also they insist us to get help from atm security which is against the safety o[censored]ser. they insult my mom by some kidding words. We are forwarding the complaint for the concerned department to look into the issue . In relation to usage of ATM or other technology services, it is secured and time saver with 24X7 service. Branch staff / security are educated enough to assist customers in case of any need.
