This is a very serious issue they told us that your doctor's time schedule is Tuesday or Friday
We are come from 370km
And this is a third time our doctor not come yet
Our doctor is uro oncology surgeon (Keval Patel)
They still not come yet
They disappoint us

With due respect I would like to draw your kind attention towards the gynec doctors having opd on saturday in 1200 beds .They don't talk to patient politely and behave very rudely, says why are you coming here go to private hospital's and have treatment there. As a patient every one has a right to take a treatment where its needed. As its a government hospital each citizen has a right to take a treatment. So its my humble request to please take a note of above condition and do a needful in patient way.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the unavailability of a doctor in the Kids Emergency Department at the 1200 Bed Civil Hospital. This concern has been causing severe inconvenience and potential harm to the young patients in need o[censored]rgent medical attention.

On 8th August 2023, I visited the Kids Emergency Department with my daughter, Shivanshi, who was suffering from Severe Stomach Ache, Fever & constant vomiting . To my utter disbelief, there was no doctor present in the department to attend to the numerous children who were in distress and need of immediate medical assistance. This situation prevailed for a considerable amount of time, leading to undue delay in medical assessment and treatment.

The absence of a doctor in such a critical department, which deals specifically with pediatric emergencies, is unacceptable and puts the lives of innocent children at risk. It is o[censored]tmost importance to ensure the presence of qualified medical professionals who specialize in pediatric care in this department at all times, as children's health can deteriorate rapidly and require immediate intervention.

I understand that medical emergencies can be unpredictable, but it is the duty of the hospital administration to ensure the availability of adequate staff to address such situations effectively. The lack of proper arrangements and supervision has resulted in an alarming situation that demands immediate attention and rectification.

I kindly request you to take prompt and strict action to address this issue. It is crucial to implement measures that ensure the continual presence of doctors in the Kids Emergency Department. Additionally, I urge you to conduct a thorough investigation to determine the reasons behind this lapse and take necessary steps to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

The safety and well-being of the children should always be the top priority. I trust that you will treat this matter with utmost seriousness and take appropriate remedial actions to provide the necessary medical care that the young patients in the 1200 Bed Civil Hospital deserve.

Today on 22/7/2023 at around 8 pm in the orthopedic ward E2, the patient was having severe pain after the operation, when the relative of the patient told the male nurse about him, he behaved very cruelly with the patient and was asking to take the patient from the hospital in heavy rain. And here he was treating the patient as an animal, as if the patient is not a human but an animal.
When the relatives of the patient spoke, they were thrown out of the ward and refused to come near the patient.
In this ward (E2), when the man was asked to see the patient, he was on the phone and after coming, he behaves very dirty. Nurses like him in civil hospital take salary for not doing their work and do their work as if they are doing a service for which they do not get salary. Till date, I have not seen this kind of behavior in any other hospital. In this ward, the patient behaves like an animal, such behavior should not happen in the civil hospital.

Mere ladke ke birthcerty ke liye may saturaday ko 12:10 tak pahucha to unhone mujhse bola ke kal aana aaj band ho gya h. phir may dusre din gya to unhone form ki 2 copy nikalvayi phir birth certy diya. phir birth certy check karne par meri wife ka name galat tha to mene unse wo sudharne ko bola to bataya ki ye hamara kam nhi h aap troma centre may jao. May wha gya or bataya to unhone bola ke aapko ye pahle dekhna tha or mujhse process karne ko bola jabki mayne treatment ke samay bola tha ke name galat h to unhone bola ke name bad may sudhar jayega koi issue nhi h.
Wha se document or form submitted karne par unhone mujhe Tuesday aane ko bola to mayne bola ki us din holiday h to wo bole nhi chalu h. esliye may wha gya to unhone mujhe ek slip de kar phir se OPD department may jane ko bola to wha jane par pta chala ke aaj band h. esliye may wha ke RMO officer se bat karne gya to wo unhone meri bat nhi suni or tu-tadaka se bat ki.
RMO ke es behaviour ke liye kya action lege ? birth certy ke form ki 2 copy kis liye nikalvayi gyi ? birth certy nikalvane ka time 9:00 se 12:00 tak hi kyu ? or sam ko bhi chalu nhi hota ? hospital se galat name likhane ka jimedar kon or sudharene ke liye bolne par bhi kyu koi action nhi liya gya ? ek certy ke liye kitni baar heran hone ka ? or inquiry ke liye pu6ne par koi jabab nhi ? ek nokari pesa insaan ke liye ek certy ke liye kitni baar ese hi bina faltu ke haspital ke chakkar lagane se kya fark padta h wo sabhi ko pta h. phir esa kyu. Solve my & other people problem & give me answer ?

Sir, we didn't received our medical file since morning as we already deposited our pass card in morning to GCRI department but they didn't provided our medical file till now...

Mere friend k papa aaj subeh se civil hospital me hai morning me unko brain me chot lagi thii aur abhi raat ke 10 bjne waale hai... Yaha doctor ki kami baht hai, kaam me bhii baht laparwahi hai, doctor bhii sirf apne mn ki krte hai maine 3, 4 baar argument kiya and then also wo kuch bhii nhii kr rhe hai... I'm requesting please take some action against all those medical staff, and doctor's.

After operation my patients was shifted to 1st floor f4 of trauma center, bed was given but fan was not working, i said to docter that my patient is feeling safogated but the behavior of docter like, its okay, bring your own fan .

Dental department ka xray cash counter window no. 104 ka lunch time 1 to 2 pm hai lekin window 12.40 ko hi bandh karadi gai jisaki vajah se mujhe 1 hour wait karana padega

And he was asked to take off his clothes in front of all the students So that he can give live session to his students.
