This word lot's of fan not working patient suffering

I am here with an aged 93 year old person since last two days. I found that services by nursing staff is very poor and needs improvement.

In last two days this fourth puncher is done to provide medicine in both arm. Main reason I observed that as patient is with poor health and also not attended in time.

Today morning a glucose point were started but due to swelling in arm at around 12.05 pm was stopped due to swelling. After follow up again were started after 3 hours. Even after when bottle was finished and informed for same at least 3 time reply was it is not urgent, simply close from dropper.
When we will come that side will do need ful. As patient is old age and with brain stroke needs extra care for which we needs your help. Due to female ward we are sitting outside ward not able to follow each time personally.

We request you to help us for her immediate recovery.

Yaha pe koi bhi dr ache se baat nai kar raha h . Patient aisi condition me nai h ke wo jyada dard sahan kar pae... Koi dr proper jawab nai de raha h or bahot galat words use kar rahe h .

i had applied for UDID of my father, I got mail from UDID department that you need to visit hospital for physical check up.On monday 8th Nov we visited civil campus.
we issued a case then physical check up done by dcotor Mr.Chaapan.then we visited room nu 15, madam checked form & said us to go to room no 16.
A lady was there in room 16, first she gave us one form & said to fill details.
when i filled forms she replied wait in queue.All who need to get card was there.I see a couple which has disability in both leg so i request lady to provide form them to first & i got replied that i will close office at 1.00 pm, if your turn not before that then visit next day.

I see a man who came from dholka, lady take his document & said to come on Thursday, today's working close.very bad services.

When i provide her my document, she replied that your application applied at other hospital so we cant process it here.( when UDID state co ordinator said that your application is verified, she just need to generate card but she don't want to work i think, she clear deny)

At 1 PM office close, i need to ask for further process i waited till 2.00 PM, Lady open office door at 2.00 pm & went to RMO office for 30 MINS.( two ladies were only talikng no work may be there for 30 mins )

then i request security staff to meet her, She deny & give various reason for not issuing card.RMO was near to her, so RMO interfere & said two step of your application done at other hospital so we cant process it here.

UDID state co ordinator clear said me that your old certificate issued from B J medical so your new UDID card only issue from the same place.

when RMO of orthopedic said that UDID co ordinator is not doctor we know how to work, & a doctor who issued your card resigned from here so we cant issue from here.

very rude behaviour for hadicapped or physical disable people.

Applied in Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India on 31/03/2020, after that at my home SAMAJ SURAKSHA ADHIKARI APNA BAZAR LALDARWAJA AHMEDABAD AHMADABAD CITY GUJARAT 380001 A post came from there which I am sending in this mail . Now the U.D.I.D registration number has come wrong in it, so it is my fault??? I am a handicapped person. In that Sola came by writing civil, then I went there, then said from there you go to the civil hospital R.M.O office If you went there, R.M.O office one lady work and angry with many patients date of 21.10.2021 without document check said that you go to D.D.R.C in civil. Told from there to get a new form and come again after 15 days. I gave 10 rupees there, after that give me a new registration card and say, now go home and come after 15 days. For 2 months, I am banging everywhere but till now nothing has been resolved. I am also doing MAIL the card given to me from D.D.R.S. Please get it resolved soon. I'm tired now. If not have any solution so please tell me because I am single person... No have father mother and I live rental home.

Hello, I am staying in our government hospital today and my relative is on the third floor of ward number E-8. My relative has been injured in an accident. I had to go from one ward to another, that is, from the third floor to the first floor. Even though my relatives could not walk, no nurse or servant in the ward helped us, no one gave us a trolley or a wheelchair. We had to take our patient away. The report was taken out and the patient was brought on foot even after the return. Our relative i.e. the patient had to endure unbearable pain.

My word number is 206 and my bed number is 57 night shift nurse is no response of patients feedback is zero and she is called to relatives your leg pain medicine is not available at night because pharmacy is closed but why closed at night pharmacy and before one staff nurse is give a medicine on 2:00 am 11 September but this staff nurse is not response of patients complaint...

Who's trouble in civil hospital cancer ward. The patient is admitted on 16/08/2021 in civil cancer hospital Ahmedabad. No doctors come to treatment the patient till 22/08/2021 and patient finally death on the bad in hospital. So my question is that we have biggest hospital in the Asia where all countries people serve. and here we face the problem of getting No efforts and no treatment from any doctor there is only nurse who don't even know what to do when patient are serious condition so I request to action against cancer ward of civil hospital Ahmedabad Gujarat.

Aadmio ko nikalne ki aad me RASIK who is the guard continuesly stairs at women who are feeding their kids, not a single person tell him to go out even the nurses or the doctors
He just roam around about 30 mins than after he leave for other departments

My brother patient name Arvind Kumar Soni. He is admit dated 10 July 2021. Xray, Sonya graphic and ECG done 5:00pm. And doctor told me that emergency operation. My patient reached at 5:10 but operation delay bacause doctor operation other patients other patients come and they are working on other patients. Dated 11 July 2021 timing 02:55 am still my brother operation pending. When I am taking with doctor he told me that other patients operation continue. And doctor told me that talk to your doctor. I ask doctor where is my doctor already 3:00am completed. This is no right way. I am talking about serial number operation done by doctor except emergency case. But doctor have attitude. They are not told me where is my doctor who completed my brother operation. My patients file number is AHD/21/00226615b, MRD : AHD/21/00226615 and IPD : IP/210710/00131.

I am complaining about my mother Savariben Chhotelal Yadav death. Ragiester no 443396.
She was admitted on[protected] and died on 28 April in Civil hospital aswara, kidney hospital ward. She was admitted on room no 305 and died in room no 301 they changed her room to kill her, she wasn't had any serious health issues, she was admitted because of oxygen problem.

When she admitted there we called on [protected] to talk with her but nurse who picked up the call she always said she is busy and not given the phone to my mother we tried few days more than at last on 26 April she gave the phone to her she was good in condition already able to speak with us, nurse also said that her condition is good and oxygen levels 96 %, on 28 evening nurse called us that her condition is critical and needed ICU but ICU was not free when any ICU is free then they were shift her there and at 11:10 pm they called my father that she was expired.

They wasn't given any REASON for her DEATH
Could you please check it is actually natural death of her or negligence of cvil hospital which is currently famous for cvil hospital right now.

If possible could you send us the cctv footage of her last days in cvil hospital so at least we see her or give me some contact details where I will get it.

It was her first time in Government hospital which took her to death.if you lost your mother like this then what will you do? If you have any honesty please work on this complaint honestly.🙏🙏
