I ordered a product from clasoraa website and received the same of substandard quality.
I am communicating with them on email and even told them that their return policy on email says that if the product is of substandard quality, they will refund money but these people are not ready to respond at all.
Also, generally the money is refunded in the account through which you made the payment but this website says that they will send the money in their website wallet. If the product received is of bad quality once then what is the guarantee that they will send good quality product next time.
This is cheating with consumers. I have other consumer complaints online and they have faced the same issue with this website.
