Clasoraa — return and refund of order no : cs[protected]

Hi sir,

I have ordered a salwar material through clasorra website through prepaid option and item got delivered. However this was completely different from what was shown in the website and i tried following the instructions as per thier return policy in website by sending mail to help. [protected]@gmail.com for getting the refund procedure. Even after multiple reminder mails the customer care is not responding. The quality of the material is worst and the colour itself is entirely different from the pics that was shown in the website. I paid 1750 rs and now they are not even helping to get refund also.

As per the website they mentioned they will send the details for the return and after that they will process a refund to clasoraa wallet, but they are not even taking any cation on my email only.

I am clueless and don't have a customer care number or thier address to track them.

Please help with this.
