I ordered a product from clasoraa website and received the same of substandard quality.

I am communicating with them on email and even told them that their return policy on email says that if the product is of substandard quality, they will refund money but these people are not ready to respond at all.

I purchased a suit from the website clasoraa. But i didn't like the stuff and color. It was not similar to what was looking in the picture. Ao i returned it at my expenses.
