Cleartrip — Account debited from my account no:[protected] ubi without ticket

Sir,
With regret i am to inform you that on 16/04/2017 time around 12.00 pm i have been trying to book the ticket from clear trip destination from agartala to bangalore. During the process of transaction via online there was some transaction problem/communication problem. But the money of rs.16104/- only from my account no.[protected] ubi was debited without any confirmation and also ticket.
Therefore, i would request you to kindly see in the matter as to why such problems has occurred and kindly credit the amount that has been deducted from my account from your kind end please.
