Cleartrip — after cancellation did not inform to indigo airlines about cancellation | |||||
My husband booked 5 air ticket using cleartrip from new delhi to doha on 23rd may 2018 the trip id is:[protected] and 3 tickets cancelled out of 5 on 25th may i. E. 1 day before travel date. We have received a cancelled mail by clear trip site same time but when we did query to indigo airlines we have come to know that they did not received any information from clear trip about cancellation and a nominal refund amount was generated by them due to non travelling by passenger and transferred on account of clear trip. This shows that due to negligence of clear trip we have loosed our huge amount. Moreover the support/costumer care number and toll free numbers are not connecting because of we are not able to contact them. This is clearly a harassment by this web site. I would never recommend anyone to use cleartrip. Was this information helpful? | |||||
