Cleartrip — amount debited, pnr not issued

I have made a flight booking with cleartrip on 4th december 2017. The amount of inr 24074 has been debited from my account, but i received a transaction error page on my screen. The trip id and pnr have not been issued. Kindly let me know the status of the booking or issue a refund as soon as possible. Email id: [protected]@gmail.com
