Cleartrip — amount debited - ticket booking confirmation received but actually ticket wasn't issued

Air ticket was booked from cleartrip via trip id[protected] from ahmedabad to pune for travel dated 12th august with goair as the flight provider. The amount of inr 7214 was debited right away from the account and booking confirmation received. However, on the date of journey (12 august) when i checked the flight status it was revealed by support staff that the ticket was not confirmed due to some internal technical glitch. The staff provided no support in getting this ticket confirmed and instead asked me to book afresh. I haven't received the refund for the original ticket and had to book new ticket as the travel was urgent. I was required to pay four thousand additionally for the same flight ticket. Please help in getting the refund and additional sum incurred.
