Cleartrip — amount deducted but flight not booked

I have booked the flight ticket under the name vinoth kumar on 09/05/2019, from madurai to dubai on spice jet. I payed the amount of rs 10344. After payment i did not receive any confirmation of the ticket. It is show as ticket not booked in cleartrip site, but amount got deducted from my bank account. Either return the amount or send me the ticket @ [protected]@gmail.com
