Cleartrip — amount deducted for train booking but trip not confirmed

I had tried to make a biiking on teesta torsha express (13141) sleeper class on 15 june 2018 arounf=d 8:56 a. M, txn #[protected].
I had paid rs.844.00 on pos payust[protected] using debit card.
The payment was made and then i was redirected to irctc site which seemed to be down. So the booking was never done after that. Can you refund the amount to the same account.
