Booking agent clear trip 1.Trip ID [protected]. credit shell INR 1335.00 PNR (R6B9FL)spicejet I mailed them my PNR and trip ID.They acknowledged the creditshell and asked me the travel details like passenger name etc and said an email link will be provided to pay the difference amount..I provided all details on 17th november.t.I wanted to book a ticket for my wife and two kids on 14 the December from Delhi to chennai.I have sent them several reminder messages since 17th november.So far there is no reply from them. If the booking agent delay my booking and my ticket gets costlier will they not be held accountable for that?..I am going to book from different source as they have failed to respond.
