Cleartrip — Booking of hotel done-Hotel actually not booked even after paying advance

Got hotel booked through Cleartrip with advance payment and got confirmation voucher for 21aug-23rdaug hotel booking at Vellore-TN.To our surprise we called hotel after few days for location and came to know they dont have any booking.We reported this to cleartrip who just took this so casually and the customer care person was extremply rude-Aditya Vashist. They kept us waiting-waiting for no resolution.None of the senior person from Cleartrip was bothered to connect with us even today no one approached us.

we shall be taking this matter to Consumer courts and ensure they do not cheat Indian people like this.
