I booked a resort in vagamon through ClearTrip site. And I got the confirmed voucher from Cleartrip. But when I contacted the hotel, they told that they didn't get any bookings from Cleartrip site. Then I connected with the Cleartrip customer care and they told that there is some rate issue and they told me to cancel the booking. Then I told them to send me proper reason in an email and initiate the refund from your side as I dint want to cancel the stay. Then they told they will take 24 hours to resolve the issue. So I am waiting for them to call me.

    I have booked a ticket for flight from Nagpur to Pune on 10 Dec 2022 for 18th Dec 2022. Payment is successfully but status is Awaiting.
    It said that ‘Awaiting PNR Estimated time Sun 11 dec 2022, 05:06’
    Till now there is no confirmation for my ticket. I did not receive any PNR for the ticket. Please help.

      I had booked flight tickets from jabalpur to pune via indore for the date 13th, Dec 2022 through Cleartrip on 09/12/2022. My booking was confirmed on cleartrip's website and it said "Please wait a few hours to download the e-ticket, awaiting PNR confirmation." I have still not received any ticket confirmation from the airline

          We applied for a normal refund, but due to compony profit they raised full refund request without informing us we applied for normal refund because o[censored]rgent requirement as i am felt in hospital need money in emergency dont have money if dided clear trip responsible

          Now its 10 day for the refund and i have called airlines they said sir please don't worry this follow-up work is your agency work i have said yes no agent follow up with airlines for refund only raised refund application i think we book ticket from cleartrip and we have to take care of refund self-travel agency not insisted before day they inform on 80 cancel charge by airlines on mail provide 130 charge is written on mail airlines also said we take 80 usd for cancellation. i don't know what's going on India the owner should take care of agency because if i am facing this all customer also facing this. help me please to make a legal complaint

            It was informed to be by cleartrip that my flight was cancelled 2 days before the travel (yesterday - 4th Dec 2022) and they have initiated the refund.
            I have booked a new flight that cost 2x via Makemytrip for my travel to Hanoi from Bangalore.

            Today, 5th Dec 2022, the same flight that was cancelled is still reflecting as available on their website.

              My ticket from Bangalore to Hanoi was booked via ClearTrip on 7th Oct 2022 - Trip ID - [protected]VietJet). On the same day my return tickets from Hanoi to Bangalore were also booked - Trip ID:[protected]+1 impacted friend Trip ID :[protected].
              On 11th October, we received two separate emails from cleartrip team, that stated that Trip ID:[protected]+1 impacted friend Trip ID :[protected], is cancelled by the airlines. Unfortunately, we noticed this email only by 8th of Nov as these emails landed in our spam inbox. On 8th Nov 2022, we initiated our support call with clear trip seeking for alternative flight options. We spend more than 8-10 hours over multiple calls, with different executives seeking for one of the below option:Alternative flight arrangementRefund plus compensation/support on the variance amount of new reservation.Cancellation of my ongoing flight to Hanoi (Trip ID[protected] and complete refund of Trip ID[protected], [protected] and [protected]The cleartrip everyday seeks for additional 24 hours, which added to a total of over 14 days. Understanding how we were losing time and being pushed around by the support team, we made an alternative return flight arrangement from Hanoi to Bangalore (Ha Noi Ho Chi Minh Kolkata Bangalore), which was the cheapest available option. Prior to making this cancellation, we can clearly requested the clear trip team multiple times, with multiple folks to confirm on the cancellation option for my ongoing flight to Hanoi (Trip ID[protected]
              There was no clear response from the team over email or call. Today, 4th Dec, 2 day before my international trip to Hanoi (Trip ID[protected], when I called the cleartrip team to confirm my flight status, they mentioned that this flight has been cancelled. However, I did not get any communication from the Cleartrip team in advance. When asked for the reasoning, they mentioned that Vietjet Airlines has discontinued operations in Bangalore airport till 31st of December 2022. This communication was shared by Vietjet Airlines with Cleartrip over a month back (this date was not disclosed to us). As I understood over the call, this appears to be the same reason for the other two returning flight cancellation as well. However, they had missed communicating the cancellation of Trip ID[protected].
              Despite talking to at least 15+ (I trust) different executives over many weeks and explaining all details and requests for cancellation prior, the cleartrip teams executives and escalation leads were extremely careless and inconsiderate in even checking carefully and informing us on the cancellation information on my ongoing flight.
              Finally, I am now forced to make new reservations at the last minute, at a cost close to 2.5 times of the original ticket fare to travel to Hanoi and further I have already also spent large amount to make my return trip arrangements. We had even clearly communicated with the Cleartrip team earlier that if the cancellation is available for my ongoing flight, we want to cancel the entire travel plans to avoid any chaos and additional unreasonable expense. There was absolutely no support to even help me make alternative ongoing flight arrangements despite it being their mistake.

                Refund (Dubai to Jeddah)

I am sorry to say, I am not getting any signal positive response from Cleartrip. As per Airline amount has be refunded on same day when cancellation was done to agency, however cleartrip initially told me that it will take 60 days now they are saying it will take 90 working days. I am really very shocked by the non professional attitude.br...

                While booking my international flight (Delhi to Da Nang), the booking details showed the check-in baggage of 20 kg however when I received the ticket in my inbox, it showed 0 check-in baggage allowance. The airline booking website refuses to accept the anomaly in the ticket sent by email.
                The ticket with only 7 kg cabin bag allowance was Rs 7800 whereas the one with 20 kg was around 12k (that I booked) on the airline site as well as on Cleartrip. I also shared the screenshot of the same ticket that was booked by my friend but Cleartrip refuses to accept it.

                  3Rd payment is excess hence request to refund the same amount.

                      I have booked the flight from New Delhi to Vancouver via Clear trip. The flight itinerary is New Delhi - BLR - YVR via Vistara & Then Air France.
                      The flight is booked in Week 47. I must mention here, that services of cleartrip with regard to customer service is pathetic as they are not equipped with the relevant information.

                      I would like to know the charges to be paid for excess baggage in prior. customer service is neither aware about the process and charges. After lot of pleading, executive on all agreed to call Vistara who confirmed to pay Rs 550 per kilo at the time of checking.
                      as per clear trip, as passenger once paid charges to Vistara then Am again liable to pay to Air France.

                      My concern is WHY
                      This is going to be my through check-in so if once paid charges to Vistara then why should I pay to Air France. It is Cleartrip Itinerary, so ideally I should pay only once to clear trip and they should further pay to the respective airlines.

                      Cleartrip is just not fully equipped with the guidelines of excess baggage.

                        I made a booking at Sri Gokulam Sabari Guruvayoor, Guruvayoor, Kerala for 22 Oct 2022 through cleartrip. Cleartrip has confirmed my booking and issued a Hotel Voucher.
                        When I reached at the hotel around 9:30pm, the hotel guys mentioned that there is no such booking and they don't have any tie up with cleartrip.
                        I was denied a room at the hotel.
                        I called up the cleartrip customer care number mentioned in the hotel voucher which first got connected to the flight booking division and then redirected to hotel booking section which almost took 20 min to connect to an agent.
                        The customer care agent put my phone on hold and tried to connect to the person in charge from hotel which he mentioned as unsuccessful..
                        He told me that there are not able to find any alternate booking for me and the best they can do is to refund the amount. I denied that and ask him to escalate the issue to next level which he said will happen on the next day only. I was left with no other options and had to spend time on the roads with family in the middle of the night.

                        I was expecting a callback the next day and still not yet received any calls, but getting email saying that they try to contact me and my phone is not reachable. I am not sure why cleartrip alone is unable to connect on my phone when I am receiving every other calls.

                          its very disappointing to write this email as its complete waste of my time energy
                          i have been coordinating with youlll since 10 days

                          my trip id no[protected] ticket from dubai to melbourne via brunei has weight issue

                          when i purchased the ticket it shows 30 kg across the sector of going and back

                          when i got the ticket from the airline it shows melbourne to dubai only 25 kgs. i was told to pay the amount i will get reimbursement back

                          when i mentioned them its 1280 aed youll refuse to give money back saying can give only 500 aed its its expensive for cleartrip to bear the loss

                            I tried to book a flight ticket from Kolkata to Pune on 14th October and after payment booking got failed, I thought maybe a glitch so I tried again but same issue. Trip Ids are[protected] and[protected]. Both the times money was deducted from bank and Its been more than a week now still i did not get any refund. There is no customer support for help. Such a pathetic service, will never recommend anyone to use their service going forward. Attaching snapshots for reference.

                              I tried to book a flight ticket from Chennai to vizag through clear trip on 17/10/2022.Money deducted from UPI payment (3, 333), It’s been 4 days money not refunded and their customer care is so pathetic they don’t have dedicated mail or phone number this is very irritating.Please someone help me to solve this issue

                                While making a flight booking on[protected], I experienced a glitch which is showing different amounts while making the payment. Before initiating the transaction it has shown the value Rs. 6834/- and I have choosen Amazon pay for payment there it changed as Rs. 7432/- .
                                I have realized this fact after completing the payment.
                                On checking the Itinerary the value is represented as Rs. 7180/- and "paid 7432 through amazon pay."
                                I have attached the screenshots as proof of payment for reference.

                                On talking to the customer care, they are simply mentioning the fare difference is due to Dynamic pricing.

                                Before payment I applied a coupon code for around 850 and after the payment it suddenly change to 1700. They reasoned this as technical Glitch.
                                I was really disappointed by the fact that instead of checking for the proper cause, they simply using the fancy terms "Convenience Fee" and "Dynamic Pricing" closing the issue.

                                I have been told that I was charged with Convenience fee of 1794/-
                                Its clearly mentioned while booking that 299/ per person. I booked to two person so the amount should be 598/- . But they charged convenience charge for around 6 persons.

                                I request a proper explanation and resolution for this issue.
