Cleartrip — Booking status removed

Hi, my name is k. Sanjeev kumar. I booked an air ticket from delhi to chennai (4 passengers) for travel on 17th may. With pnr aw65xx. I paid 12276 rs. I got a message from indigo that it got cancelled due to covid lock down and an amount of 11180 will be transfered credit shell which can be used within 1 year. Today when i checked with the airlines they messaged that the airlines recieved only 11180 rest 1096 rs is with the travel agent clear trip. They have even processed a refund of 11180 rs on 5th of may and will be reflected in travel agents original mode of payment and asked me to check with them. When i logged into my cleartrip account to check my ticket status it shows no bookings for this account. I am perplexed. How to resolve this issue?
